Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of Synergy Solution IT, he brings a first-principles approach to enterprise IT with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and years of hands-on experience turning chaotic networks into secure, scalable systems.
His leadership is built on technical excellence and a proactive take on cybersecurity. From Windows Server migrations to advanced endpoint protection, every client gets a strategy built to last.
Outside the server room, he channels that same energy into high-end cosplay with his kids, where they build custom costumes for events.
Human Resources Director
With over 10 years of experience in customer service and operations, she is the backbone of the Synergy Solution IT team. She ensures that every client interaction is handled with care and that the day-to-day operations run without a hitch. She brings a people-first leadership to everything she does.
Her approach is simple: take care of the people and the rest follows. She shows up with the same consistency and dedication every single day.
Fun fact: Off the clock, she’s the CEO of her household and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Director of IT
With 19 years of IT experience, he is the technical backbone of Synergy Solution IT. Certified in CompTIA A+, Security+, and Network+, as well as Microsoft MS-900 and both AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect, he brings a deep and well-rounded skill set to every challenge that comes through the door.
He specializes in building secure, reliable IT environments and has a knack for cutting through complexity to find solutions that actually work for the businesses he supports. His experience spans industries and infrastructure types, making him the kind of person you want in your corner when things get complicated.
Fun fact: Outside of work he keeps it simple: good friends, a card game, his pets, and the occasional hike or gym session.
Director of Operations
A United States Air Force veteran with over 20 years of IT experience, he brings discipline, precision, and serious problem-solving skills to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate Degree in Information and Web Technology.
His background spans SAP implementation, retail business ownership, aeronautics software development, and modern IT management. He is known for his collaborative, out-of-the-box approach and his ability to make technology actually fit the way a business works.
Fun fact: He’s a die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan who has traveled across the country to catch an NFC Championship game in person.
